Rejuvenate yourself in a gentle and calming Hatha Yoga class. This traditional approach of yoga restores the balance between body and mind by combining the practice of postures (asanas) with breath control (pranayama), a deep relaxation and a glimpse of meditation. You will leave feeling stretched, relaxed and energised. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat (only a few mats will be available). Open to all levels.

Tutor: Marie Ayrault Descateaux - Marie has been immersed in yoga philosophy for over 20 years. She is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic massage therapist. She has studied in India, Canada and France where she’s a native. Her approach to yoga is about bringing awareness between body and mind, learning how to breath deeply and leading you onto a journey of self discovery. She teaches both in groups and one to one in Edinburgh where she is based. She also holds workshops and retreats combining yoga and travel. Passionate about playing harp, she combines the soothing benefits of harp to her yoga classes.
